Closed Nose Aesthetics; Closed Nose Aesthetics is the form of rhinoplasty operation through the nostrils. We can divide the closed nose surgery into 2 groups. Nasal rhinoplasty surgery in the group of the nose tip is made without cartilage. The nose belt is removed and the bones are narrowed. The operation can end in 1-2 hours. Cartilage grafts are not used too much. In the2^nd  group, the nasal tip cartilages are delivered through the holes. Open techniques are also used (mixed rhinoplasty). There is no possibility of a scar appearing from the outside in the closed method. However, the closed method is more difficult to implement and requires experience. Advantages include the earlier healing of the edema around the nose and the earlier shaping of the nose in the postoperative period. Instead of insisting on a particular technique, it would be correct to prefer the closed technique in appropriate cases.
