Vaginoplasty is a procedure that aims to “tighten” a vagina that becomes loose or sagging due to vaginal birth or aging. Many surgeons claim that they can even increase sensitivity.

Although it is true that vaginal tissues can be prolonged, surgical tightening of the vaginal tissue itself cannot guarantee increased sexual desire, because desire,arousal, and orgasm are complex, highly personal conditions conditioned as much as emotional, mental and interpersonal factors.

In addition, sexual “sensitivity” does not directly cause more pleasure – it can actually cause pain.

Labiaplasty can be performed on the labia by plastic surgery (lar lips sar surrounding the vagina) alone or by vaginoplasty.

Surgery can be performed on the labia major (large, outer vaginal lips) or labia minor (small, inner vaginal lips).

Labiaplasty changes the size or shape of the lab, typically making it smaller or correcting the asymmetry between them.
